Jo Glover

I am a credentialed coach and Certified Health Executive with a background in Hospital Strategic and Operational management and leadership . I work in Hospital & community health settings currently in the area of Mental Health however have managed whole hospitals and most acute clinical services. I completed my coaching qualification in 2025. My coaching philosophy is grounded in empowerment and reflection. I help leaders recognise their strengths, quiet self-doubt, and lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. I’m excited to be part of this pilot coaching initiative because it offers the opportunity for me to support emerging and current leaders, share insights, and contribute to a culture of reflective, empowered healthcare leadership — while learning and growing alongside a community of skilled coaches. Outside of coaching, I enjoy running, yoga, and meditation, as well as learning through reading and research — practices that keep me grounded, curious, and open to growth.
